You can retrive mails into OTRS in different ways. Please see chapter 7. "Sending/Receiving emails" in our admin manual on http://doc.otrs.org If that information does not help you we can support you and do the configuration for example. But that is possible if you have made a contract for commercial support only. Have you ever tried to configure PostMasterPOP3 or fetchmail? Have you copied the .fetchmailrc.dist file /opt/otrs to .fetchmailrc and read the fetchmailrc manpage if you want to use fetchmail?
