Hello List, i would like to see a mass merge feature (in the search result view) as described here: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs-de/2006-December/007620.html I have not looked into the source code yet. Would it be hard to implement such a feature? It "looks" like we have already everything in place, except that box you can select/tick.
