Hello,
I have a problem with rpc-example.pl not working.
I have configured the rpc user/pass from the otrs admin , but still
doesn't work.
My error log shows:

TicketCounter.log increments by one after the script is executed, but I
get no output, nor I could see new tickets in otrs.
