Thank guys. I was getting messages in [EMAIL PROTECTED] But now there is
nothing so my assumption is that authentication
is correct but the are 17 emails in the account but they have been
downloaded into OTRS. No sign of errors though. How do
I check the mail queue coming into OTRS or any logs that can help.
