It's basically no development question. Anyway... =:)
I guess you are using OTRS 2.3.2. There was a bug for generic agent
jobs regarding this issue.

This is fixed in OTRS 2.3.3 and higher. If you do not need generic
agent jobs, so just delete your jobs and it will work fine!
