I tried to combine AgentTicketPhone (the form after Phone-Ticket clicked) and AdminCustomerUser (Customer -> Create) together. Has anybody done that before? Few ways in my mind: 1. Combine AdminCustomerUser.pm with AgentTicketPhone.pm as well as AdminCustomerUserForm.dtl with AgentTicketPhone.dtl. 2. Create an iframe or frameset. For iframe it almost the same as 1. For frameset, I have to modify how Phone-Ticket icon link to and handle the event after submission. Note that in my company's case, we don't need the customer self-created tickets. Will it work? Do I miss anything? Is there any better way to do so? Thanks a lot. Ming Xie
