Hi, I am trying to integrate Nagios and OTRS 2.3.3.
I got two documents for integration but something is missing from them and I am unablt confiure integration. Also I am not a perl person, can someone please help. 1) From Volker Maibaum volker.maibaum at eberspaecher.com posted on Thu Jan 13 16:41:37 CET 2005 This integration process is seems to nice but since my version is differing, unable to figure out what needs to be modified. I am stuck with NagiosGenericAgent.pl 2) Nagioskonferenz_2008_en.pdf This seems to be very simple but I am unable to understand "Kernel/Config/NagiosCheck.pm".
