Hi, I am a new developer in OTRS (2.3). Can you answer me the following questions?
1. Which pearl script looks for emails on the mail server and extracts them to OTRS? * I think it is PostMasterMailbox.pl* 2. At what time intervals does the PostMasterMailbox.pl look for emails on the POP3 server? How can we change this setting? 3. After the email is received, which pearl script generates a ticket number and assigns to it? 4. Which perl script saves this email in database? 5. Which perl script send immediate confirmation email to sender (with ticket number in subject)? As you can see I dont know anything... Considering me a complete newcomer in the field of OTRS development, please help me. If I could get an initial flow process (the sequence of pearl scripts running). Starting from email being recieved by OTRS by some perl script, then ticket number generation by another perl script then saving this in database by some other perl script then a confirmation is sent to the email sender along with the ticket ID Which perl scripts are responsible for these & in what sequence?
