Hi All examples [1] of TicketACL use constant Properties and Possible's. I'd like to calculate possible SLA's dynamically using CustomerUserID and ServiceID like in module $OTRS/Kernel/System/Ticket/ Acl/CloseParentAfterClosedChilds.pm I didn't find any manual on doc.otrs.org on how to develop and use such modules.
