Dear users.
Im very new to OTRS.
I want to know , how can i implement functionality in my custom .dtl
file to Move ticket from 1 queue to another.
For eg, if u open any ticket inside queue 1, it'll provide a drop-down
for moving tickets through move button.
Now , what i want is, to implement this same functionality inside
"AgentTicketCompose" page , which comes by clicking "Response" Link on
Ticket view page.
I've done some research on this, but couldn't able to add this
functionality yet.
