I see. I'm working on adding the functionality to the AgentTicketZoom to see
FreeText fields (pulldown menus) in order to be able to change them within
that view. I suppose this isn't their intended use, however, has anyone
attempted this before? As I'm using FreeText fields for categorization I
think it would be more effective to be able to do this in AgentTicketZoom.
