Hello List, i would like to copy and slighty modify the move ticket feature (Dropdown in AgentTicketZoom) and i could need a little help.
First of all i placed a copy here: Kernel/Output/HTML/Standard/AgentTicketZoom.dtl Then i copied the MoveLink2 Block and changed it a little: http://pastebin.com/WeC1xKM7 Line1, 4, 7, 12, 20 And i simply pasted the Lines 8-11: http://pastebin.com/ND1PDfam (Custom/Kernel/Modules/AgentTicketZoom.pm) The DropDown Field now appears, however, the onclick function does not work. The Error Console of my FireFox browser does not show any error either. Any idea what i did wrong?
