The latest design is uploaded to
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDDS-3816
It uses the same concept as v2 but contains a lot of implementation
details about specific processes. It should be good enough to start
prototyping the EC client / server.
Branch HDDS-3816-ec is also created.
