I just saw that github will help potential first-time contributors discover issues labeled with "help wanted" or "good first issue" by automatically promoting them. I'm not sure what this promotion exactly looks like, but it sounds like something we may want to leverage.
So I want to add these labels to our repos, go through the issue lists, and apply these labels where I think they apply. Any thoughts / objections? Otto
