I asked docker support to change the source repository from We-Amp to apache/incubator-pagespeed-ngx but they haven't responded yet. If that isn't possible I have to delete and recreate the current listing on dockerhub which will delete stats and search ranking on dockerhub. So I'll will give docker support a few more days to respond..
