I have tested it now, and don´t have any more 404 error. But some css files are "out of radar" for pagespeed module. You may compare the http headers of css files from your own domain (from others domains not to be rewrited by pagespeed is normal) and you can see diffs betwwen these rewrited by pagespeed and those not rewrited.
