I've added the new ConvertedType annotations to the logical types spec and
submitted [PR #5|https://github.com/apache/incubator-parquet-format/pull/5].
I've also noticed that the link on the [incubator docs
page|http://parquet.incubator.apache.org/documentation/latest/] still points to
the markdown hosted on github. Where does the site live so I can submit a PR?
