Thanks for merging PR #6, I think that covered the license and policy fixes that were needed to do a release. The remaining task is to update the maven build to produce correct release artifacts.
The easiest way, I think, is to add the org.apache:apache POM [1] as the parent so that it configures the release. But currently, version breaks the build for me so I'm tracking it down.
