Parquet
Parquet is a columnar storage format for Hadoop.
Parquet has been incubating since 2014-05-20 .
Three most important issues
- Expanding the community and adding new committers
- 1st releases toward org.apache Parquet 1.6.0 GA
- Identifying how to ensure timely code reviews by committers
Any issues that the Incubator PMC (IPMC) or ASF Board wish/need to be
aware of?

- Established a by-law for adding committers
- Added 2 new committers
- Parquet presentation accepted for Strata San Jose
