Resolution: Fixed
This is now pretty much done, as the Maven build does most of what the Ant
build does and also some things that the Ant build does not do.
For now it seems like the best approach is to leave the Ant build there for
backwards compatibility and for things like the IKVM builds. We can phase out
the Ant build over the 1.x release cycle as people become more familiar with
the Maven build.
