org.apache.fontbox.cff.Type1FontFormatter.printFontDictionary(CFFFont,
DataOutput): There's no "DecimalFormatSymbols.getInstance(Locale)" in J2SE-1.5
(appears in Java 6). Use "new DecimalFormatSymbols(Locale)" instead.
