DateConvertor: I added Locale.ENGLISH to every SimpleDateFormat that has a
locale-dependent pattern (MM, EEEE, etc.). I also added UTC timezone to every
SimpleDateFormat.
TestDateUtil: I added the setting and resetting of the timezone also to the
testExtract() method.
