I added a "-password" and a "-noSeq" command line parameter to PDFReader and
PDFDebugger in revision 1339076.
I added a "-noSeq" command line parameter to ExtractImages, ExtractText,
PDFSplit, PDFToImage and WriteDecodedDoc in revision 1339077.
