Andreas Lehmkühler resolved PDFBOX-1418.

Resolution: Fixed
I improved the font mapping in revision 1391803.
If the standard fonts are not supported by native fonts they are mapped as
follows:
- Helvetica maps to SansSerif (provided by the JRE)
- Times-Roman maps to Serif (provided by the JRE)
- Courier maps to Monospaced (provided by the JRE)
- Symbol maps to StandardSymbolsL
- ZapfDingbats maps to Dingbats
The new standard font is Helvetica which is always available. The "old"
standard font Arial now maps to Helvetica if no native font is available.
