Merging two PDFs with interactive form elements results in a corrupt PDF which
can't be opened with Acrobat Reader.
The usecase works fine with PDFBox 1.7.1 (java -jar pdfbox-app-1.7.1.jar
PDFMerger interactive_filled.pdf interactiveform_enabled.pdf out.pdf).
The usecase results in a corrupt PDF with PDFBox 1.8.0 (java -jar
pdfbox-app-1.8.0.jar PDFMerger interactive_filled.pdf
interactiveform_enabled.pdf out.pdf)
