I fixed some minor fontbox issues in revision 1506164:
- fixed the CMap format 2 parser
- added 2 new platform constants
- fixed the table check of the TTFParser (CID fonts may omit CMap tables)
- removed the Glyph2D class (the implementation will be moved to pdfbox)
