Neither do I (although encoding isn't null in the 2.0.0 version, but the result
is the same). It's eather a bug or a non-conforming document. I have been able
to make three changes so that I can extract text and render images, but the
change is probably not really clean and might bring bad results in other
documents. A good bugfix can only be made by somebody who has understood the
62page CFF spec.
