Committers using Netbeans

Hello,

Is there anyone here who is a committer and uses netbeans? (If no, 
delete this message and don't answer. Don't tell me to use eclipse or 
IntelliJ :-) )

If anyone uses netbeans to commit - does it work? Or did you have to 
change something except that whats mentioned in the apache FAQ about eol 
settings?

My problem is that netbeans can commit - just not very well. Both with 
the builtin svn and with an external svn. After committing, I get an 
error message ( https://netbeans.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=241521 ).

I'm wondering whether my problem is a configuration problem, an apache 
server problem, or something else (e.g. a fault in the secret NSA gateway).
