Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: 2.0.0
Problem was caused by the PDF containing an indirect reference to the page's
Font resources dictionary in an ExtGState instead of containing a [font, size]
array. Fixed in [r1608989|http://svn.apache.org/r1608989].
