Description:
When I run oap.examples.fdf.PrintFields from trunk, the code seems to hang
during acroForm.getFields(). This is a heavy load hang.

Over on Tika, we could parse this file with 1.3 and 1.4. Starting with Tika
1.5, this file causes a permanent(?)/heavy load hang.
