Description:
Some operating systems (centos base) have no /usr/share/fonts so it pdf doesnt
embed fonts you only get default font with pdf to image, no bold or italic.
Could pdfbox add back fonts inside jars as fallback as we had in 1.8 in
pdfbox/src/main/resources/org/apache/pdfbox/resources/ttf/
