This was inadvertently caused by my fix for PDFBOX-2407. I've fixed it now. If
you get new errors, related to colors in the next day or so, then post to that
issue, as it's probably the cause.
Any chance you could delete the above two comments so that we can keep this
issue free from PDFBOX-2407 related noise? Generally we keep one issue open for
each problem, rather than one per PDF, as it's common to see PDFs with many
unrelated issues.
