there are some files so I did set the javadoc encoding to resolve that
initially as javadoc stops processing when it encounters such files. Some of
the files are
graphics/state/PDSoftMask.java
graphics/blend/SeparableBlendMode.java
contentstream/operator/graphics/CloseFillEvenOddAndStrokePath.java
They also give warnings during the build
