Attachment: Shading2Function2text.pdf
The attached file was all blue without gradient before the latest change. It
has a 90° rotation, so there is an AffineTransform that has 0 "scale" elements.
See also near the end of PDFBOX-1094 for a discussion about that problem and
why "scale" elements do not always represent the scale.
