Description:
PDAnnotation uses PDGamma to represent colors in "setColour" and "getColour".
It should be using PDColor.
The same problem is also present in PDAnnotationLine, PDAnnotationSquareCircle,
and PDAppearanceCharacteristicsDictionary.
