Maruan Sahyoun resolved PDFBOX-101.

Resolution: Fixed
This has been fixed - at least to the capabilities needed for this form - by
the current development of PDFBox 2.0. Missing features are being dealt with in
PDFBOX-2333 and PDFBOX-2627.
