Resolution: Won't Fix

Future versions of PDFBox (most likely starting with 2.0.0) won't support the
ant build anymore, see PDFBOX-2705. Instead we'll use maven to build a .NET
version of PDFBox. Therefore we won't put any effort in improving the ant build.
