[~tchojecki] please confirm that your software still works (or that the change
I did is the same you did to do your tests last weekend) before I remove
VisualSignatureParser.
I've also added a method with a File parameter, because COSParser (formerly
known as the non sequential parser and which is extended by PDFParser) creates
a temp file for streams.
