it's already an abstraction as there is no need to use the COS model to get the
information Furthermore the value should be used when exporting and the /V
entry hasn't been set (which shouldn't be the case but we have PDFs where this
happens). In addition one could use it to verify the /V entry against the On
value in cases where there is one but the checkbox doesn't seem to be checked.
Might happen when importing an FDF, XFDF and the value provided is not correct.
