I agree that the stuff related to PDFDebugger doesn't need to be used by
"outsiders". Some is public, but this is because we don't have all in one
package.
Having a separate jar would be useful for
- double click on it
- present it as a product, i.e. so that it gets used even by people who don't
develop with PDFBox.
