Fix For: 2.0.0
I'm going to remove the redundant and incomplete ant build as we don't need
just another build. This will remove the .NET build support as well, which is
neither maintained nor supported by the core PDFBox team.
I'm happy to add some .NET build support based on maven, see PDFBOX-2705 for
further details.
