-------------------------------------------------------------

I get an acceptable rendering on Mac OS X. Acrobat performs slightly better
font substitution as it's using a modern style font whereas PDFBox is using a
traditional script font.

What platform(s) has this bug been reported on? (Other than Windows 8, of
course).

Given that the glyphs being drawn are clearly the wrong ones, I'm wondering if
there's a specific TTF "cmap" table format present in certain Windows fonts
which we're handling incorrectly.
