Steps to reproduce the error before I fixed it:
- get the file from http://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=689961
- switch to "show pages"
- click on "thumb" ({{Root/Pages/Kids/\[0]/Thumb}}): works
- move cursor up and down: classcastexception
Cause: PDFBox adds /Subtype /Image if it isn't there.
