Download URLs on the website (https://pdfbox.apache.org/download.cgi) don't
work even if I choose a Mirror with the drop down, it creates URLs like:
https://pdfbox.apache.org/%5Bpreferred%5D/pdfbox/1.8.10/pdfbox-app-1.8.10.jar
Using browser: Chrome Version 46.0.2490.71 (64-bit)
