I did some tests based on my assumption that the not transitive
TextPositionComparator and the not stable quicksort algorithm causing some
problems.
I replaced the quicksort with a bubble sort algorithm. The tests with the files
failing_sort.pdf
PDFBOX-3110-poems-beads.pdf
are running well. But someone should double check this with the
Lars-v0-PDFBOX-2996.patch
