Added the patch, which in PDModel limits the support of abbreviated names of
color space to inline images only. Additionally it checks that color table of
indexed color space is string.
Preflight validation is modified accordingly to register errors, thrown by
PDModel, when invalid color space for inline image is specified (instead of
duplicating the validation made by PDModel).
