Current version is 1.8.12 and 2.0. Please test with these. Your version is from
2012. And you're likely using the .net (IKVM) version that isn't even
officially supported.
Some windows process (w3wp.exe = IIS worker process) is trying to open a
directory for reading that doesn't exist, probably searching for the resource
directory. Do you get any error in an application?
