[~chronosafe] I'll look into that later today. One thing to keep in mind though
is that the appearance generation details are not part of the PDF specification
so one can only come close to how Adobe Reader/Acrobat render the PDF. Things
like padding in text boxes, line spacing ... are not documented. More details
later after having looked into the form.
BTW - are these templates copyrighted or could we make them part of our test
suite?
