Turns out this is pretty tricky. Oracle's *appbundler* is broken, so people are
using [this fork|https://bitbucket.org/infinitekind/appbundler/overview] but
it's not on Maven, and is GPL'd, so we can't ship it as source, and we can't
easily depend on it as the user would have to build it and mvn install it
first...
