The problem starts from the input file. Input file generated by the same
procedure and signed with PDFBox produce sometimes other invisible visible
signatures. In the attached PDF file if signed produces visible signatures and
a PDF file that if signed produces invisible signatures.

If sign the file with acrobat is always visible.
